Del blog de Margot Wallstrom: Georgia on our minds
2008 summer summary: lousy weather, hard renovation work on our house, great family activities (including water skiing), no diet food, a memorable “La Bohème” at Värmlands-operan, worries about Georgia, a silent night by the sea, reading books (Barack Obama’s “Dreams from my Father” is very well written), more worries also about Sri Lanka, picking cloudberries with my brother, a big snake in our garden – and three weeks without a certain pink newspaper…!
Thanks to the wonderful summer weather on our return to Brussels the adaptation to work and school life has been fairly easy. Saturday night we attended “Nuit des Choeurs ” in Domaine de Bois-Seigneur-Isaac. On six different stages you could enjoy for example The Temptations, The Eton choir, ERA, The ensemble of soloists from Bolshoi, “The mystery of the Bulgarian voices” or the EU-choir.
